I have been renting from Jazmin at Optima since September of 2022....it is now mid-July 2023 and I can say with full honesty, THEY ARE THE BEST CAR RENTAL ON THE ISLAND!! They always answer their phones, they are always making sure their customers are taken care of, and they are extremely nice, family-oriented people. EXCELENTE  atención , el carro estaba super limpio y como nuevo me buscaron en el aeropuerto cuando llegue a la isla , al llegar a la oficina me atendió la señorita Jasmin  fue muy amable y servicial ,  al momento de irme de Aruba me llevaron nuevamente al aeropuerto luego de entregar el carro . fueron atentos y amables en todo momento.
